Scenario:
When you run a report which contains a User Defined Field (Numeric type), containing numbers, the report sums up the data and shows a total value instead of grouping them separately.
 
Cause:
Web Timesheet is designed to perform mathematical calculations for numeric User Defined Field's with numbers, hence it rolls up & totals the numbers instead of grouping them separately.
 
Resolution:
Use certain separators like task name or project name columns which will give you the data separately. You can also create text User Defined Fields which will not perform such calculations of User Defined Fields and list the results grouped separately.
