Summary:
Time off data can be exported to outlook. However, only the Approved time off information can be exported to your personal Outlook calendar.
 
Resolution:
To export Approved Time Off data to Microsoft Outlook, follow the steps below,
  • Click on the Time Off icon at the top menu (A time off calendar will appear on the screen). 
  • In the left panel options, there is a Mini Calendar and below that there are two categories

    • Time Off 
    • Integration. 
  • Click on Export to Outlook under the Integration category. 

The Export to Outlook feature can be used by: 

  • Users to export their own approved time off entries
  • Approvers to export time off that they approved (provided, it has been approved by all applicable approvers)
  • Those with permission to view historical time off can export any approved time off entries
Note:
A user must have Allow export to Outlook permission enabled to view the Integration category in the left panel.
 
To enable this permission, log in as a Web TimeSheet Administrator and follow these steps, 
  • Click on the Administration at the top menu
  • Click on the Permissions option found under the Users/Departments category in the left panel
  • Click the edit icon next to the respective permission name that is assigned to user or select its underlined name of the permission
  • Expand the Time Off option by clicking on the + symbol found next to it
  • Check-off the box next to Allow export to Outlook
  • Click the Save button at the bottom of the current page
