Issue:
Holiday time is not auto-populating on timesheets of some users.

Cause:
This is most likely to happen if the Time Off type selected for Holiday under Time Off set up is not enabled in those user's profile And/Or if the TimeAttend seat is not assigned to those users.

Resolution:
Enable TimeAttend License for the users And/Or Enable the Time Off  type in the user profile which was selected to auto-populate hours on timesheet.

Enabling Holiday TimeOff in the user's profile:

  • Log into Web TimeSheet as an Administrator.
  • Select Administration from the top menu.
  • Select Users from the Shortcuts section of the side menu.
  • Click the Edit icon beside the user's name you would like to edit .
  • Select the Time Off tab.
  • Enable the Allowed check box for the Holiday Time Off type.
  • Save the settings.
