User is unable to find an option to Add time or Modify the Punched time in the Cloud Clock Timesheet.

The options to Add and Edit time punches is not enabled in the permission assigned to the user.

The Web TimeSheet admin has to enable the options to add and edit time punches in the permission assigned to the user.
Follow the steps below to enable the options:

  • Login to the Web TimeSheet as an administrator.
  • Click on Administration tab from the top menu.
  • Click on Permissions under Users/Departments section in the side menu.
  • Click on the edit icon beside the Permission assigned to the user.
  • Expand the Timesheet option by clicking on the sign + beside it.
  • Enable the options Allow adding new time punches and Allow editing time punches by putting a check mark beside it.
  • Click on Save.

After making changes to the permission, the options to add and edit the time will be visible on Cloud Clock Timesheet.

Enabling or disabling any option in a permission would affect all the users who have that particular permission enabled in their user profile.
