When a Cloud Clock user views his Timesheet, he might notice that some of the Punch In or Punch Out time stamps are a ahead or behind by a few minutes.
This is usually noticed when Rounding Rules have been applied on the Punch in / Punch Out time stamps, e.g. If the rounding rules specify that all Punch In or Punch Out time should be rounded off up to 6 minutes difference, then if a user punches in at 7:58 am, the timesheet will show 8:00 am (because of the Rounding rule's 3 minutes split). Similarly, if a user has punched out at 5:03 pm, the Punch out in the Timesheet will display 5:00 pm.
The factor by which the minutes can be ahead or behind depends on the Rounding Rules setup by the Administrator.
