A QR card cannot be used unless it has an Active status in the Replicon system. If a card has an Active status, it can be printed. By default, users' cards have an Active status; you would be required to activate cards only if they were previously deactivated.

If a user loses her card or leaves the organization, the card should be deactivated, so that it can no longer be used.

To activate or deactivate a card:

  • Log into Web TimeSheet as an Administrator.
  • Select Administration from the top menu.
  • In the side menu select QR Cards under Cloud Clock Setup section.
  • Enable the check mark in the box beside each user whose card you want to activate or deactivate.
  • Click Activate or Deactivate. A confirmation message displays.
  • Click OK.

Note:
The Card Status column will update with each card's new status, and the QR Code Changed Date column will display the time when you made the change to the card's status.
