The Bill Client column is missing from the Expense sheet for a specific project!

There are multiple projects in Web TimeSheet and the users raise expenses against these projects. In the expense sheet, the Bill Client column is available for all projects, so that users can specify if the expense is billed to the client. However, the Bill Client column is missing for one Project even though the option, Bill Client is enabled under Expense settings.
This condition is usually noticed when the project does not have any client associated with it.
The Bill Client option is to be able to bill the clients for the reimbursement of expenses raised by users. If the project does not have any client associated with it, then there is no question of billing the client for expense reimbursement. Hence, the Bill Client column is absent in this case.
In order to have the Bill Client column in the expense sheet, a client should be added to the project.
