When you first receive your CloudClock, you will be provided either with employee cards ready for use, or with card stock to use to print your first batch of user QR cards. If you need more card stock, you can order card stock from paper or office supply stores.

These are the specifications of the stock that will print the cards correctly:

Blank 3.375" x 2.125" Club Cards on a 8.5" x 11" Mailer (six cards per sheet).
We recommend using 28 lb two-sided dry lift integrated stock to print the cards.
You can only print cards that are activated.
When you print a new card for a user its QR code will be updated and the old card will no longer work.

To print cards:

  • Ensure the correct card stock is in your printer.   
  • Select Administration from the top menu.
  • From the side menu, select QR Cards under Cloud Clock Setup.
  • Put a check in the check box beside each user whose card you would like to print.
  • Click Print.
  • A confirmation page will display.
  • Enter your Organization's name as it should appear on the card, and click OK.
  • The QR Code Changed Date column will display the time when you last printed the card.
