Scenario:
A user, either enabled or disabled is no longer shown in the productivity targets page for the present and future years. However the user is displayed for previous years. For example the user is displayed in the page for the years 2010 and 2011 but not for 2012. This is happening even though productivity targets had been set for the user for the year 2012.

Cause:
This usually happens if the user profile contains an end date set for the user. Since there is an end date for the user, the application considers that the user is not available for the future. Hence the user is no longer displayed on the productivity targets page, even though productivity targets had been set earlier for the future year(s).

Resolution:
The end date of the user has to corrected or removed.

Steps to edit a users end date in Web TimeSheet.

  • Login as administrator.
  • Click on Users under Users/Departments or Shortcuts section in the left menu.
  • Click on the edit  icon beside the username or double click on the username.
  • Click on the Advanced tab.
  • Remove or correct the End date set for this user.
  • Click on Save to save the settings.
