Scenario:
The Web TimeSheet Administrator is not able to see the Holiday option under Time Off set up section in the side menu.

Cause:
The View, Edit, Add and Delete options are not enabled for Holiday, under the Administration section of the Administrator's permission.

Resolution:
Enable the View, Edit, Add and Delete options for Holiday, under the Administration section of the Administrator's permission. The steps are.

  • Log in as Administrator.
  • Click on Administration tab in the top menu.
  • In the left menu click on Permissions under User/Departments section.
  • In the permissions list click on the edit icon  beside the Administrator permission.
  • Click on the + sign beside Administration to expand the tree.
  • Scroll down to locate Holidays.
  • Enable View/Edit/Add and Delete options by putting check marks for each of the functions. (Refer attached image)
  • Click Save.
