Description:
A user who has access and permission to run the Project Status report may not be able to see the Expense Type filter. However, all other filters are available.

Cause:
The Expense Type filter may not be visible to a user running the Project Status Report, if the Expense seat (Expense license) is not assigned to the user.

Note:
Refer the attached images below which shows the Expense Type filter missing or enabled when expense license is disabled or enabled for the report user.

Resolution:
Enable the Expense seat for the user in the user profile.
