If users use Locked In/Out timesheet in the Web TimeSheet and they want to use the same timesheet format on the iPhone as well, then enabling an option in the users permission will allow them to do so.

To enable the Locked In/Out timesheet for the iPhone App, the Web TimeSheet Administrator has to perform the following steps:

  • Login to the Web TimeSheet as an administrator.
  • Click on Users (under Shortcuts or Users/Departments) in the side menu.
  • Locate the user in the Users List and click on the Edit icon beside the users name or double click on the name.
  • Check what are the permissions assigned to the user.
  • Click on Permissions located under User/Departments in the left menu.
  • Click on the Edit  icon beside the users permission in the Permissions page.
  • In the Edit Permission page, click on the + sign beside Integration to expand it.
  • Put a check mark in the box beside Allow mobile Locked In/Out timesheet.
  • Click on Save.
