Newly added schedules don’t get saved and simply disappear!

When an administrator is setting up new schedule for a user, the application does not save any of the new schedules from a certain date onwards. After entering a time range the cell goes blank again.

There is an End date set in the users profile and this date falls within the new schedule.


  • Log in to Replicon as an Administrator.
  • Click on the Administration tab from the top menu.
  • Click on Users from the side menu (located under Shortcuts or Users/Departments).
  • Locate the users name and click on the Edit User icon beside the name or double click on the name.
  • Click on the Advanced tab in the Edit User page.
  • Edit the End Date to extend it or remove it.
  • Save the settings.
