If there are multiple (for example 7) projects associated with the same client. If all the details are included in the same Client Invoice the data reflected would be very large. On the other hand, if individual invoices are generated for each of the 7 projects then the client has to review too many invoices. How can we create 2 Invoices for the same Client, one invoice for example would include data for 3 Projects and the other for 4 Projects?

In QuickBooks, invoices are created based on Clients. If you have multiple projects for each Client, you can either generate 1 invoice for all of the required projects of a client or generate individual Invoices for each of those projects. QuickBooks does not have the ability to split or create 2 invoices for the same Client.
