Summary:
If the Time & Attendance License is disabled for a user who has a timeoff policy, will the Time Off accrue for the period after the disabled date?

Remark:
Yes, the accrue will happen even if the Time & Attendance license is disabled for a time period. But, when the Time & Attendance license is disabled for the User, we will not be able to run report for the User regarding the Time Off details, because all the data will be archived for the time being.

If the Administrator want to get the Time Off details for the User, Admin can enable the Time & Attendance license for the user and run the report for the Time Off details. This will give the Time Off Accrue for the period when the license was disabled as well.
