Scheduled reports are triggered based on Time Zone set in the application's system preferences.

  • If the time zone in the system preference is set to None (Use server time). On scheduling a report, the report will by default get triggered based on the server time.
  • If the time zone in the system preference is set to Company Time Zone. On scheduling a report, the company's time zone will reflect in the Add Report Schedule page.
  • If the time zone in the system preference is set to Time zone set for each user. On scheduling a report, the users time zone will reflect in the Add Report Schedule page.

Note:
When the application is set to use Time zone set for each user then if you (User A) log's into the application as a substitute user (User B), and the user (User B) is setup with a different time zone, the reports scheduled will reflect the original users (User A) time zone in the Add Report Schedule page.
