Summary:
When adding a time-off policy for a user, If you select the Reset type as Yearly and you enter the reset date in the format MM/DD/YYYY the following error is displayed on the CSV Import screen. The error shows up when the mouse cursor is placed on the red x that indicates an error in the CSV file. (refer image)


 

Cause:
When Yearly is selected as Reset type the date format should be a day of the year in the format month dd, such as January 1. (Refer image below to see how the format is changed)

Resolution:
Change the date format to month dd on the CSV file.
