Summary:
While importing expense sheets for users using the CSV import option available in the Integration section of Web TimeSheet, it throws up an error: Adding Expense.  Error: User must be provided.

Cause:
While creating the CSV file to import expense sheet you have to mention the login name, first name and last name of the user.

Resolution:
Along with the login name the first name and last name should be entered in the .CSV file.
The first name and last name should be in the following format:
User Name (First Last)
User Name (Last First)
