Summary:
User was not able to see or access any options in the Web TimeSheet, the user is only able to see the license message as the welcome message.

Cause:
The Permission applied to the user might be disabled.

Resolution:

  • Login as an administrator who is able to use the Administrator options.
  • Check the permission applied for the user
  • Go to Permissions
  • Edit the Particular permission which is disabled.
  • Enable the Permission and save the changes.
