Issue:
Unable to log in to Web TimeSheet using Google Chrome Web browser. Able to log in to Web TimeSheet using Internet Explorer or any other Web browser.

Resolution:
Enable secure web browsing.

Please follow the steps mentioned to enable secure Web browsing on Web TimeSheet.

  • Log in to Web TimeSheet as Administrator or with Administrator rights.
  • Click on Administration on top.
  • On the left pane under System click on System Preferences.
  • In the System Preferences page under General section, check the box Use secure browser connections(https).
  • Click on Save at the bottom of the screen.
  • Log out and log in to the Web TimeSheet for the changes to take in to effect.
