While trying to access Reports in Web TimeSheet in Internet Explorer 8, Internet Explorer 9, Google Chrome & Mozilla Firefox Web Browsers report filters look grayed out.

User profile corruption, Other users will be able to run the same report. When you create a new user based on the same user will also be able to run the report.

Enable Auto-generate reports in the system preferences.

Enabling and disabling the Auto-generate reports  option and running the report multiple times will allow the users to run the report.

  1. Log in to the Web TimeSheet as an Administrator.
  2. Click on Administration on top of the screen.
  3. On the left pane, under System click on System Preferences. System Preferences page will be open.
  4. Scroll down to the Reports Section and check the box next to Auto-generate report.
  5. Click on Save.
  6. Log in as the user and run the report. Report will run.
  7. Log in as the Administrator
  8. Click on Administration on top of the screen, open the System Preferences and uncheck the option to Auto-generate report.
  9. Log in as the user and run the report.
  10. Repeat the steps 1 – 9; 3 -4 times. Then the user will be able to run the report even the Auto-generate reports are Off.
