Why can’t users see activities on their timesheets?

Activities are functions against which the user can enter time or be scheduled. Activities are only available with a TimeAttend license.

If you have defined an activity in your system, but it is not available in users' timesheets, check that:

  • Show Activities in Timesheet is enabled in the users' permissions
  • The users have been assigned that activity in their user profiles
