TriNet Selects Replicon’s Web TimeSheet to Deliver Substantial Cost Savings & Improve Employee Satisfaction

December 19, 2000, Calgary, Canada – Replicon Inc., a leading global provider of web-based applications to optimize workforce productivity, announced today that TriNet, a human resources (HR) outsourcer specializing in online and in-person solutions, has chosen Replicon’s Web TimeSheet solution to automate its payroll process to deliver substantial cost savings and improve employee satisfaction.

“Implementing Replicon’s Web TimeSheet application will deliver an immediate cost savings by eliminating several manual steps in our payroll process, thereby reducing our customers’ labor expenses for each payroll run. By greatly reducing the amount of time our customers and internal employees spend on data entry, Web TimeSheet will provide a tangible return on investment and enhance employee satisfaction,” said Marty Reese, Director of eBusiness Development for TriNet. “Replicon’s application meets all of our time collection requirements and will be an integral part of our Human Resources system. Given that we are experiencing significant growth, the fact that the software is highly scalable and easy to administer ensures it will provide us with a long-term solution.”

“The key to helping companies grow is to improve their cost and time efficiency. Web TimeSheet makes daily administrative activities like time reporting easier and quicker to complete, so employees have more time to focus on other important tasks”, said John Eddy, Chief Executive Officer of Replicon. “TriNet is a great example of the many forward-thinking companies that are taking advantage of the web to significantly reduce operational costs and make their workplace more productive.”

Replicon has over 400 customers and 250,000 licensed users in 25 countries around the world.
