Total Quality Systems, Inc. scales for future growth with Replicon

Redwood City, California – September 2, 2015 – Replicon, the leading provider of time asset management solutions, today announced that Total Quality Systems, Inc. (TQS) has chosen Replicon’s Time & Attendance and Client Bill applications. The solutions will simplify employee time capture, improve cash flow management across projects, provide seamless integration to payroll and ensure government contractor compliance.

TQS provides advanced systems, software and professional services to the Department of Defense – including contracts with the US Air Force, the US Navy and the US Army – and the private sector. Previously, TQS was using a manual time tracking system for its full-time employees and contractors to capture hours against multiple projects. However, the system lacked the functionality to enter and approve hours on mobile devices, and provide a clear audit trail for the business aligned with Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) compliance.

“In the last two years, we’ve grown astronomically in the number of staff and contracts that we’ve won, so we needed a scalable system to handle multiple time, project and resource data at once. However, as a federal contractor the technology needed to meet rigorous government requirements in cloud security and audits. Replicon was the only vendor out of the six we evaluated that ticked all the boxes,” said Troy Grissom, Chief Information Officer, TQS.

Another key driver for TQS was a solution that would integrate with its existing payroll system, QuickBooks, to accelerate payroll processing. Compared to other vendors, Replicon seamlessly integrates with virtually any HR, finance or ERP third party application so that companies can share information between systems instantly. In addition, using Replicon Client Bill, TQS can effectively monitor project performance estimates against actual costs.

“Our projects are incredibly complex and span over many years, but we believe that Replicon has the technical expertise and deep reporting capabilities to give us an unprecedented level of insights into all of our projects, saving us hundreds of hours each year. By improving how we manage time, process payroll and handle multiple projects, we will benefit from new efficiencies that we can inject into our core business priorities,” Grissom said.

“Transitioning to the cloud is a delicate process for federal contractors, as they look to balance business growth objectives with government regulations,” said Raj Narayanaswamy, co-founder and co-CEO, Replicon. “Regardless of business size or complexity, we make it easy for businesses to keep their data secure, accurate and compliant across all workflows and projects.”
