Replicon Signs Solution Developer Agreement with Great Plains

December 22, 2000 Calgary, Canada – Replicon Inc., a global provider of web-based workforce optimization applications, today announced that it has signed a solution developer agreement with Great Plains Software (NASDAQ: GPSI) in order to offer a complete workforce management solution.

The agreement enables Replicon’s Web TimeSheet applications, designed to automate time and expense reporting, to integrate with Great Plains’ interconnected business management solutions, providing an end-to-end solution for businesses of all sizes.
