This revolutionary offering is a game changer for Replicon customers, making time clocks a thing of the past, and taking the onus off employees to log and report time. The new capability eliminates long lines at the clocks, allowing smoother shift changes, travel time abuse and missed punches, saving customers’ time and money while ensuring employees are paid for exact hours worked.
With Apple iBeacon, Replicon's mobile applications detect and identify employees when they walk in and out of a work location and then sends that data to Replicon for accurate calculation and time tracking. By removing the need to punch into a time clock, do job/department transfers and fill out timesheets manually, the solution virtually eliminates human error and takes the onus off employees to accurately report their hours. Replicon’s iBeacon-enabled application also ensures employees don’t miss punches by prompting them with alerts on their mobile devices when they enter or leave a work zone.
