Replicon Opens EMEA HQ to Meet Regional Demand

Replicon is growing and currently employs more than 400 people worldwide. We’re now focusing on an expansion program to better serve and nurture our global customer base. To that end we’ve just inaugurated a new office in London, which will serve as our EMEA regional hub. This office will mature quickly as we expand our reach into additional markets.

“The opening of our new office in the UK underscores our commitment to satisfying the needs of our 1,100+ EMEA customers and local job growth,” says Jon Kondo, chief revenue officer at Replicon. “We look forward to continuing to build our reputation as a global leader in cloud time tracking solutions and becoming an active member of the European business community.”

A focus on future expansion

Adam Walker, previously of Epicor Software and Netsuite, has been hired on as the vice president of Sales at Replicon EMEA. His goal is to lead these expansion efforts and meet the high demand for Replicon’s cloud-based solutions, including solutions to track time and attendance management, professional services management, project and program management, and shared services management.

“Immediate access to local customer feedback and a better understanding of the specific needs of our customers in the EMEA region will result in the development of more tailored vertical solutions that will help our customers gain greater business benefit,” says Adam.

Supporting customer needs

Keri Brooke, vice president of Product Marketing at Replicon, feels that new compliance pressures and opportunities from BYOD policies make it the ideal time to look for even more growth in Europe. “Mobile is a huge opportunity for us,” she says, especially considering that professionals increasingly need to be connected while on the road.

Keri joined Adam on a road show to tour some of the local customer base, learn about their needs, and build relationships. They also celebrated the grand opening of the new UK office: “Adam and I were excited to recently hold our first UK customer appreciation event to commemorate the opening of our EMEA HQ. In the UK alone we have over 300 customers – so we’re already big, but we’re going to get bigger!”
