Replicon launches new QuickBooks XML Integration Module

Calgary, Alberta, Canada – (August 22, 2003) – Replicon (replicon.wpengine.com), the world leader in web-based timesheet and expense management software, announced today the release of their new integration module with Intuit QuickBooksTM accounting software package. Web TimeSheet’s time and expense data can be easily transferred to QuickBooks for the creation of invoices and cost statements, as well as for accounting purposes.

“Our customers need easy-to-implement tools to more effectively manage their operations,” said Raj Narayanaswamy, founder of Replicon. “We see a strong overlap of Web TimeSheet and QuickBooks within our customer base. The integration with QuickBooks allows our customers to easily enhance their business efficiency and management effectiveness that will save them time and money.”

Web TimeSheet 4.9 is an easy to use and quick to implement (typically within 2-3 days) solution. It automates the entire timesheet and expense process within an organization. QuickBooks provides highly intuitive, comprehensive tools to help businesses manage finances and accounting more effectively. The integration of Web TimeSheet’s real-time quantitative data with Intuit’s QuickBooks further enhances the operational effectiveness of businesses.

“The sharing of data between applications such as Web TimeSheet and the QuickBooks 2003 products helps small businesses avoid having to manually enter the same data in both applications, which takes a lot of time and can result in data entry errors,” said Mark Bercow, vice president of the Intuit Developer Network. “Replicon is a perfect example of how Intuit Developer Network Members are successfully using the QuickBooks SDK to bring valuable applications to Intuit’s small business customers. The Intuit Developer Network will continue to help members like Replicon to address small businesses’ needs for easy-to-use products that are integrated and customized for their specific business requirements.”

Replicon’s Web TimeSheet is available for purchase and easy download at Replicon’s web site at https://www.replicon.com. Web TimeSheet 4.9 starts at $109 per user. The Integration Module for QuickBooks is $895 and integrates with Intuit’s QuickBooks Pro: 2002 and 2003 versions.
