Replicon, Inc. Announces Record Fiscal First Quarter Results

Calgary, Alberta, Canada – (April 10, 2006) – Replicon, Inc., the corporate time and expense tracking vendor of choice for businesses, today announced results for its fiscal first quarter ended March 31, 2006.

Replicon, Inc. delivered the following results for the first quarter of fiscal year 2006:

• Revenue: Total revenue increased 28% on a quarter-to-quarter basis. Subscription and support revenues increased 65% on a quarter-to-quarter basis.
• Net Income: Fiscal first quarter 2006 net income grew 99% on a quarter-to-quarter basis.
