Replicon Delivers Greater Flexibility and Control with CloudClock
April 04, 2017 – Redwood City, CA – Replicon, the leading provider of time asset management solutions, today announced enhancements to its patented CloudClock application, a kiosk offering for time clock, schedule and shift verification, time off and self-service capabilities.
Replicon CloudClock is an iOS application that is seamlessly unified with Replicon’s Time and Attendance, Client Billing and Project Costing applications to allow customers to capture, manage and optimize their employee time, at any time, from anywhere.
CloudClock makes physical time collection easy with an intelligent, cloud-connected time clock solution. As an Apple Mobility Partner, Replicon has worked closely with Apple’s Enterprise development team to simplify the way employees interact with traditional systems of record with the mobile user in mind. Customers can clock in and clock out online or offline, punch into activities and breaks, view their schedules and even complete self-service tasks such as booking time off and vacation requests. With QR code and image capture technology, Replicon CloudClock eliminates buddy punching and time theft with the ability to verify the actual person, where they clocked in from and a live image. The CloudClock application is available in languages including English, Chinese, Spanish, Japanese, French and German, enabling customers to support multiple workers around the globe.
Replicon customers already using CloudClock as replacements to their physical time clocks in their workplace now have greater flexibility and control with:
- The capture of client, project and task data along with time punches from a time clock
- The ability to capture granularity on jobs and tasks with custom drop down menus
- Contextual visibility into a person’s previous punch, and a proposed following action
- Always-on device monitoring so customers can feel secure with around the clock device monitoring and maintenance.
