Replicon Concur Connect Gains Momentum at Concur Elevate Roadshow

Replicon Concur Connect

The recent Concur Elevate Roadshow Series was a successful event for Replicon, whose booth featured a demo of the recent integration between Replicon TimeBill and Concur, called Replicon Concur Connect. Replicon and Concur announced the partnership in December, promising a unified cloud-based travel, time and expense tracking solution.

Following through with its promise, the new integration features single sign-on, streamlined project expense entry, centralized approval alerts and detailed project reporting. Show attendees were among the first to experience the solution first-hand.

“Attendees who saw the demo were impressed by the way they can move seamlessly between Replicon and Concur applications,” said Mike Barnes, Director of Business Development at Replicon. “The ability to report and view time and project-related expense data in one place is a huge time saver, eliminating errors associated with double entry and manual processes. People were really enthusiastic and expressed interest in trying out the integration.”

A demo of Replicon Concur Connect is available on the Replicon website.

Real-time visibility and seamless upgrades

With Replicon Concur Connect, users gain real-time visibility into credit card transactions and travel bookings from Concur to make expense reporting easier. At the same time, Replicon’s highly flexible timesheets, robust workflow and powerful reports simplify and streamline time capture and approvals, and optimize project profitability. Because the integration is completely cloud-based, any updates to the solution are pushed out to customers automatically, with no additional cost or downtime.

“We’ve recently announced the integration publicly, and we are now starting to integrate our sales teams,” said Barnes. “We’re also finalizing the Concur Connect services integration certification.”

Barnes reported picking up numerous sales leads for the solution during the show. Currently, more than 15 million users from corporate clients world-wide use Concur solutions to manage business travel and entertainment expenses.

Barnes wasn’t surprised to see a lot of interest from current Concur customers in the Replicon integration. “The Aberdeen Group estimates that about 20 percent of time and expense spend is out of policy,” he said. “Replicon enables companies to automate policy compliance through its time tracking software; the integration of both solutions will eliminate non-compliance, saving users significant travel budget.”
