Replicon announces launch of Web TimeSheet 4.1 its market leading Timesheet and Expense Management Software

Calgary, Alberta, Canada – July 15, 2002 – Replicon (https://www.replicon.com/), the world leader in web-based timesheet and expense management software, announced today the release of version 4.1 of Web TimeSheet. Web TimeSheet enables organizations to get quick return on investment (ROI) by enabling deployment in 2-3 days, increases timesheet adoption through a simple, intuitive interface. It provides visibility into project and resource performance, project profitability, improves future project estimates and accelerates billing cycle.

Key new features and enhancements to Web TimeSheet include:

New and improved expense module The new expense module allows multiple expenses to be added at once, including different tax rules and payment methods.

Option to enter start and end time Organizations can now choose to have their user(s) to enter time either as start and end time or the standard hourly total.

New functionality to track Audit Trail New feature to track changes made to timesheet after submission provides information including the date and time when timesheet was saved, user who saved the timesheet, timesheet period associated with the timesheet, and the total hours logged in the timesheet when it was saved.

New features for faster deployment and administration Customers deploy Web TimeSheet typically in 2-3 days. New features like quick add and mass update allows organizations to deploy Web TimeSheet faster than ever before and reduce on going administration significantly.

Quick Add allows addition of multiple users at once through a spreadsheet-like format. The new Mass Update feature allows editing of users' profiles en masse, avoiding the need to open each user's profile to make a simple change.

Report enhancements and additions New reports that have been added allow tracking of expense reimbursements, including when reimbursements have been paid and generate list of clients to be billed for expenses incurred in a given period. Enhancements to existing reports allow increased flexibility to generate custom reports on the fly.
