Replicon Product Update

Today we announced a number of new and expanded solutions that continue to help improve how businesses improve productivity, increase profitability and drive workplace efficiencies.

At Replicon, our mission is to simplify how businesses of all sizes can capture, manage and optimize their most underutilized and important asset – time. We pride ourselves on delivering the best experience to our customers – no matter where they are, how many employees they have, and how complex their business requirements.

What’s unique about Replicon is that we’ve organically developed our solutions, alongside in-depth conversations and strategic consultations with customers. Today, we have the industry’s leading secure, flexible and integrated platform – which serves as the foundation for businesses to select the right mix of applications to best manage their time, expenses, resources and projects. Additionally, we have a new Compliance offering, a subscription-based service that ensures customers achieve global wage and hour compliance.

The Replicon Platform

Available in Quick Start, Plus and Enterprise editions, the cloud-based platform caters to all business sizes and complexities. It serves as the foundation for all employee types. Employees benefit from easy-to-use tools to enter time from any web or mobile device and automatically save and manage projects. Managers can leverage the most configurable timesheets in the market for a real-time view of critical data, helping them to best manage their projects and resources. And business leaders have a holistic view of productivity and profitability across the entire organization.

Replicon Compliance

The rate of wage and hour noncompliance is skyrocketing. The on-demand economy continues to come under fire for misclassifying workers, yet there are almost 54 million freelance workers in the US alone. Meanwhile, an additional five million US workers are eligible for overtime pay next year, the Department of Labor’s Wage and Hour Division has claimed $1.3 billion in back wages owed to employees since 2009.

Against this backdrop, Replicon’s Compliance service developed to inform companies of changes to important labor regulations, such as overtime pay. The subscription-based service includes a global pay rule library maintained by Replicon’s team of in-house experts in consultation with global labor firm Littler as needed, pay rules calculations to meet union contracts and other requirements, and customer support during labor regulation audits and investigations.

We’re starting off by covering employment regulations in the US and Canada, and building our service to include France, Germany, Japan and the UK next year.
