The Replicon Platform

Managers can leverage the most configurable timesheets in the market for a real-time view of critical data, helping them to best manage their projects and resources. The rate of wage and hour noncompliance is skyrocketing. The on-demand economy continues to come under fire for misclassifying workers, yet there are almost 54 million freelance workers in the US alone. Meanwhile, an additional five million US workers are eligible for overtime pay next year, the Department of Labor’s Wage and Hour Division has claimed $1.3 billion in back wages owed to employees since 2009.
Against this backdrop, Replicon’s Compliance service developed to inform companies of changes to important labor regulations, such as overtime pay. The subscription-based service includes a global pay rule library maintained by Replicon’s team of in-house experts in consultation with global labor firm Littler as needed, pay rules calculations to meet union contracts and other requirements, and customer support during labor regulation audits and investigations.
We’re starting off by covering employment regulations in the US and Canada, and building our service to include France, Germany, Japan and the UK next year.
