Drinking Our Own Champagne: TimeCost Helps Replicon Secure R&D Tax Credits

TimeCost Helps Replicon Secure R&D Tax Credits

As a company with a long and successful record of developing time-tracking solutions being used by thousands of companies worldwide, we often get asked if we use our own solutions internally.

“Drinking our own champagne,” in other words.

The answer is a resounding “Yes of course!” Every Repliconian uses the same cloud-based solutions that we sell, from reporting time worked to requesting time off, and submitting project and cost data.

Not surprisingly, then, researchers and engineers at Replicon’s Engineering Center in Calgary, Canada, use TimeCost to enter time put into a multitude of R&D projects that are carried out there. Apart from all the usual benefits such as streamlining project time capture and providing insight into status and cost, TimeCost helps Replicon earn substantial Investment Tax Credits (ITC) annually under Canada’s Scientific Research and Experimental Development (SR&ED) Tax Incentive Program.
