Credit Suisse chooses Replicon for visibility into shared services costs and compliance with industry regulations

Credit Suisse is using Replicon’s cloud-based time tracking solution to increase the efficiency of its general counsel division shared services projects, and to help meet regulatory compliance requirements. The Replicon solution replaced the bank’s old manual system, which used inefficient Excel spreadsheets.

The Replicon time tracking solution was chosen for a number of reasons, according to Mirko Alessandro Consolascio, Credit Suisse vice president for General Counsel, one of which was the lower cost of introducing a cloud-based solution compared to on-premise. This also allowed the software to be easily rolled out to the various regions where the bank operates, with initial implementation in the EMEA region last November, and expanding across the firm’s entire global business as of March 2013.
