Canada’s 100 Top Female Entrepreneurs for 2013

San Mateo, Calif., October 30, 2013 – Replicon, the leading provider of cloud-based time tracking software, today announced that Co-Founder and Co-CEO Lakshmi Raj has been selected as one of Canada’s 100 Top Female Entrepreneurs for 2013.

Now in its 15th year, the PROFIT/Chatelaine W100 ranking and awards program is Canada’s largest celebration of entrepreneurial achievement by women. The program ranks female entrepreneurs by a composite score that considers the size, growth rate and profitability of the companies they own and manage. Winners are honored in the November issues of PROFIT and Chatelaine, and year-round on PROFITguide.com. They are also invited to the PROFIT/Chatelaine W100 Idea Exchange, an exclusive networking and learning event.

“It’s an honor to be included among Canada’s top female entrepreneurs,” said Ms. Raj. “At Replicon, we understand the business value that time tracking can provide, and I am grateful to the loyal customers who have helped build Replicon into the leading global provider of cloud-based time tracking solutions. As businesses of all sizes transition to the cloud and the workforce becomes increasingly mobile, our easy-to-use solutions help customers increase profitability, reduce compliance risk, and gain visibility into productivity and performance.”

In her position as co-CEO, Ms. Raj is focused on strategic initiatives for Replicon’s global operations, including revenue generation and worldwide sales activities. Ms. Raj has extensive experience in Web-based marketing, and has been instrumental in expanding the global recognition for Replicon’s products. Under Ms. Raj’s leadership, the company has exponentially grown market share for cloud-based applications that track time and attendance, billing, project costing, expense management, and resource management.
