In response to these challenging times created by COVID-19, Replicon has implemented several key measures to ensure the health and safety of our employees while making sure critical business operations are running without interruption. Like everyone, we will err on the side of caution while endeavoring not to overreact. Here are the steps we are taking to continue supporting both our customers and employees:
- As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to evolve, Replicon is activating our Business Continuity Plan to ensure the highest level of security, uptime, resiliency, and availability of our cloud services. Replicon’s cloud services are built and operated on Amazon Web Services (AWS) around the globe, providing seamless uninterrupted services. We leverage AWS’ multiple availability zones and distributed network architecture to ensure a built-in high availability and rapid disaster recovery model.
- Our Network and Security Operation Centers (NOCs) are managed in multiple, globally diverse locations to provide 24×7 coverage to ensure maximum uptime of our systems and services. In addition, Replicon has a distributed network of office locations and operates in multiple geographic locations. Replicon’s own network infrastructure is designed to enable employees to collaborate irrespective of their work location. Employees are equipped with modern computing, communication and network security tools, to continuously monitor our network and services whether they are working from office locations or from home. Replicon’s normal security protocols apply to all mobile work.
- We are continuously monitoring communications from public health professionals in jurisdictions where we operate, allowing us to follow COVID-19 directives and guidelines to ensure our employees’ health and the health of our respective communities.
