Australian fiber optic network design company benefits from deep reporting functionalities to meet productivity and profitability goals

MELBOURNE and REDWOOD CITY, California (June 20, 2016) Replicon, the leading provider of time asset management solutions, today announced that Biarri Networks, a leader in fiber optic network design, has chosen Replicon’s TimeAttend and Professional Services Management solutions to support its productivity and profitability goals.

Previously, Biarri Networks used a time tracking system for its employees to capture their hours across various client projects. However, as the company grew, it needed a more robust solution to categorize how people spent their time, calculate costs against projects, and develop more sophisticated reports to improve business efficiencies.

Bernard Blake, Chief Operating Officer at Biarri Networks said, “We employ both office-based and remote workers, and Replicon’s interface makes it incredibly simple for people to track their hours from both desktop or mobile devices. We then have the right data at our fingertips to evaluate production schedules, understand team resources against client projects, and can slice the data in various combinations to support our business decisions.

“As a highly technical and fast-moving business, we were looking for a solution that aligned with the degree of flexibility and analysis we needed to grow our business. From the onset, Replicon took the time to really understand our specific requirements, which bodes well for our partnership as we continue to scale,” Blake said.

Biarri Networks plans to use Replicon to integrate with other applications, including its customer relationship management and project management systems. The company will also leverage the employee hours entered into Replicon to support its R&D tax incentive reports, which detail how they innovate fiber network plans and designs for the telecommunications industry. Biarri Networks expects to reduce the number of people dedicated to evaluating its workforce and project reports by 80 percent, reutilizing the team to focus on more strategic initiatives.

Raj Narayanaswamy, co-founder and co-CEO at Replicon said, “The ability to be more productive and cost efficient is a universal business challenge, and one that we solve for companies of all sizes and industries worldwide. We’re excited to continue to expand our Australian footprint with an innovative company such as Biarri Networks, and look forward to helping them improve how they analyze their time, resources and projects.”
