Does Replicon have an invoicing piece built into the product?
No, not at this time. Replicon does have an integration with QuickBooks as well as other accounting packages. Many of our clients utilized our database schema to pull the necessary data for their invoicing needs.

What is the quickest way to create a project on the fly and not worry about assignments or project structure?
You can create a project during initial set-up called ‘General’ and set the assignment to all. Then employees can submit their hours and add any additional notes to the hours if they feel it is necessary to be more specific as to where those hours were spent.

How easy is it to set-up Web TimeSheet?

How long will it take me to set it up?
During evaluation the set-up does not take more than one hour. During
implementation there are more questions to consider and can take anywhere from
2-4 hours to set-up. Customers have begun using our product in as little as
1 hour (including install)

You need nothing to set-up Replicon. From your first access to

as a demo, you have full administrative rights in the application. At anytime

What type of reporting do you have available?
Replicon has comprehensive reporting with real time data available at your fingertips. You have the ability to schedule reports as needed and have over 100+ standard reports to customize. With the ability to drill down where needed and view in either a graphical or table format. Of course we realize we may not have created all the reports you may need so when you purchase our database schema is also available if a custom report is necessary.

No, we have companies with 1 user utilizing our software to understand their costs,
complete their billing and understand where time is being spent.

Can I arrange the columns the way I would like?
There is some flexibility in turning on what columns you would like to appear on

Yes you have either option. When creating a project you have the option to go
10 levels deep. As well you can create your own templates and copy from to keep
the project set-up easy. Many of our customers use simple projects names such as
‘Administration’ to keep the title generic.

Many of Replicon’s customers use Web TimeSheet as the interface for the

Attendance Edition is that the Project & Billing you can create projects to

What is the difference between web based vs ASP?
Web based is an application that is accessed via a web browser over a network
such as the internet or an intranet. When purchasing software most companies
require a web based application so that they do not have to install software
on everyone’s machine and only have to maintain the application on a server.
ASP is an application service provider, a business that provides computer based
services to customers over a network. Sometimes this can be termed as SAAS
(software as a service) or on-demand software.

Does your software do payroll?
Replicon gathers the information for payroll purposes. The data is then
transferred to a payroll provider such as ADP, Cerdian, Paychex to process
the payment and taxes.

Are there ideas I can get to create my own timesheet?
The best place to get ideas to create your own timesheet is identifying what you need to track and what the information is going to be used for. Since Web TimeSheet is hosted on standard operating systems and hardware,

If your internet provider goes does and you have chosen to go with our ASP
option, your database is still be hosted by Replicon and your data is safe and

how is this going to work?
Replicon’s products are permission based so even with one computer, each person
can log into the browser with their unique login name and password and submit
their timesheet data as needed.

All data access is managed through the application and there is no database connectivity from the client. Replicon’s granular permissions mean all users are authenticated with a user login and password.
