In a few simple steps the Web TimeSheet Integration Manager for Great Plains allows organizations to quickly import valuable timesheet data into any Great Plains Accounting application. By integrating these two applications together organizations can now collect, manage and track their projects easily with Web TimeSheet and remain using their existing accounting solution to bill clients and administer their payroll.
- Once the Web TimeSheet Integration Manager is installed click on the Great Plains Export link within the reports menu in Web TimeSheet
- Select the time sheet period you would like exported and click on the "Great Plains" button. This will create a CSV file with the timesheet Web TimeSheet data that you had requested
- A pop-up screen will appear asking whether you would like to the save the file or open it, select "save"
- Once the file has been saved to a drive start your Great Plains application and open the Integration Manager, located under "tools - integrate". A one-time field mapping will then be created allowing you to choose where the data from Web TimeSheet will be imported into your Great Plains solution.
- The Web TimeSheet data will then be imported and can be used in Great Plains to generate reports, invoices, or payroll checks.
