Web TimeSheet 4.x Service Releases

To upgrade Web TimeSheet please follow the steps below:

Check the number of the build you're using - "Administration" - "System Information"
If it is less than 4.9.0.4 (September 15th, 2003) and you have not downloaded the latest version of Web TimeSheet please contact our support department for a direct link to the new service release.
Note: For module upgrades (ex. MS Project Link, QuickBooks Integration) please contact customer support
For upgrading the existing version please follow the next steps: (Click for Installation Guide)
- Backup your database
- Backup your license key --> "Admin (TAB) \ About Web TimeSheet (LEFT)"
- Launch wts49acs.exe (if you have an Access database), wts49sql.exe (if you're working with a SQL database), or wts49ora.exe (if you are working with an Oracle database)
- Choose "Upgrade" as the setup option, and choose an install directory if what you want is different from the default
- Follow onscreen instructions

Not all expenses are displayed in the client account when the substitute user is part of the approval process addressed

Weve highlighted the following change - If a timesheet/expense sheet is reopened by an administrator and no changes are made to that timesheet/expense sheet, when it is resubmitted the system automatically approves it. In the previous version, the entire approval process would be resumed.
