Service Release 7 Release Notes
Note: If you're using our Quick Books module, please
reinstall our latest version of it. Upgrading to the Web Timesheet 4.0 Service Release
7 without upgrading the Quick Books module, will make the later unusable.
General
- Quick Books module: New field mappings are now available as follows:

- E-mail Notifications - Expense approvals are now formatted correctly.
- E-mail notifications The "last accessed" date is now displayed in message.
- Top Menu - The logout and help tabs are now uploaded even if the user clicks on
one of the tabs before all of them are loaded

Changing User password The Current Password field is now validated
Projects

Project name - The title of the window when you add a task to the project display
now presents the whole path to that particular task.
Timesheet

Add / Remove Task window Projects are sorted alphabetically both in the drop down
list and left hand side panel. Tasks within a project remain displayed in the order
they have been created
Reports
- Timesheet billing report Department Name and Department Code have been added under
Settings
- Timesheet billing report Addressed the error [Microsoft][ODBC Microsoft Access Driver]Restricted
data type attribute occurred under certain scenarios for the Access version.
- Project Status Addressed the error - For database migrated from Web Timesheet 3.3
report fails to show estimated project cost.
- Project Status Improved performance in certain scenarios.

Raw Data Export - Timesheet - Client Code and Project Code fields have been added
under Settings.
Expenses
- Admin List Expenses Addressed the error Query too complex when the expense sheet
has more than 30 rows.
