Service Release 2 Release Notes

General

• 3.x to 4.x Migrator - Can now add departments and clients after the migration.
• 4.x to 4.x Migrator - Clients are no longer duplicated in drop down lists after migration.
• 4.x to 4.x Migrator - Euro Currency migration errors to Oracle have been resolved.
• Utilization - Utilization functionality is now a part of ProMax, the add-on executive reporting module to Web TimeSheet.

Administration

• User Vacation - Users not assigned to departments or have no holiday entitlement are now listed in the Vacation Status.

Timesheet

• Timesheet Summary Pages - Comments now appear in the timesheet list report periods reports.
• N/A function - N/A appeared in certain scenarios when not warranted. This has been resolved such that n/a appears only when required.

Reports

• Project Reports - Project description is now an option in the Selection tab in Project Reports.
• Timesheet Status - Numbers with decimal places are no longer rounded up and list to all decimal places.
• Timesheet Billing - Duplicate detail lines no longer appear when users enter time towards multiple roles.

Expenses

• Disabled Expenses - Disabled expenses are no longer visible when trying to add allowable expenses to project.

ProMax

• Object Refresh - Object refresh functions regardless of character length
• Netscape - Outstanding issues using the Netscape browser have been resolved.
• State Information - When drilling down, the state (company, department, group) information remains the same.
• Set Up - All mouse over's on the set up page show the correct label.
