List TimeSheet
The List TimeSheets screen now sorts the timesheets properly as in certain scenarios
WTS did not take the first name into consideration.
Approvals
Project Leaders viewing time off
There is a new permission added that will allow you to specify whether or not you
want project leaders to view time off during the approval process.
E-mail
Broadcast E-mail
The Broadcast message no longer displays SQL Error messages as it has sporadically
done in the past.
E-mail Notification Subject
Portuguese characters are no longer truncated at in the subject line of WTS e-mail
notifications.
Billable Hours
The billable hours are now displayed properly in the Approved/Rejected e-mail notifications,
as they were previously displayed as $MonthBillable.
TS Due & Overdue
The Timesheet Due and Timesheet Overdue are now sent out, as they were not in the
past unless the Timesheet had been rejected.
Disabled Users
Approvers will no longer receive e-mail notifications for disabled users.
Expenses
Description Field
The description field will no longer truncate more then 50 characters as it has
in the past when saving an expense sheet.
Project/Task sort order
Projects and Task sorting is now in chronological order, and standardized across
WTS.

Project rates are now displayed correctly with the most recent change.

Projects and Task sorting is now standardized across WTS.
Reports
Raw data Export
The Approver filter has now been renamed to Supervisor as only supervisors are shown
in the list.
TS Billing Report
Project characters are no longer appended to the task in the TS Billing report for
WTS Oracle.
Detailed Task User
User defined fields created for Project/Task are now displayed in the Detailed Task
User report
Expense Entry in Raw Data Exports
User defined fields for expense entry are now displayed in the Expense Raw Data
Export reports
Detailed Expense User
Migrated 4.0 Expense entries now display Comment information automatically as a
user defined field.

Productivity
The department productivity quotient now properly sets the company as in certain
scenarios in the past the departments did not meet productivity but the company
did.
