New in Web TimeSheet 6.7

The following new features are available in version 6.7 of Web TimeSheet:

  • New overtime rules
    New templates are available for Overtime Rules, including several varieties of Bi-Conditional Rules, and a Daily Overtime Rule. There is also user-definable straight time available within two of the rules.

  • Ability to create and choose new themes
    Users now have the ability to either select from one of the pre-set themes, or tailor the look of Web TimeSheet to their preference. Changes can be made to the colors, and users can select different buttons and icons. The chosen theme will be applied immediately after selection.

  • New Unicode support
    Unicode support has been added to Web TimeSheet version 6.7 to enhance multi-language requirements.

Fixed in Web TimeSheet 6.7

The following previously known issues have been fixed in Web TimeSheet 6.7:

Administration E-mail notification names
Names of e-mail notifications standardized for both the timesheet and admin screens. (CR # 46480)

Access to edit exchange rates
Exchange rates can now be edited by users with appropriate permissions. (CR # 46532)

Selection of currency
Date format will not affect currency selection. (CR # 46615)

Project Leader access
User with Project Leader status can see hours for other users on project, as well as their own hours. (CR # 46974)
Integration QuickBooks field length
Up to 30 characters allowed for each of the customer and job fields in QB IIF, for a total of up to 60 characters when both fields are used. (CR # 46816)
Projects UDF default selections
Drop-down user defined fields with set default value will populate on creation. (CR # 46216)
Reports Project/Task roll-up
Reports standardized with Project/Task roll-up totals. (CR # 46632)
Timesheet Partial timesheets
When an In-Out formatted timesheet is converted to a standard format, only complete data is applied to the standard timesheet. (CR # 45316)
