Resolved Approval Issues

  • The correct Project Name is now displayed when viewing the history of an Expense Sheet
  • Adding a new row to a timesheet during Approvals no longer deletes the other tasks on the timesheet
  • Approvals no longer display System if that approval type is not applicable

Resolved Expense Issues

  • Viewing Historical Expenses as a Substitute User no longer results in a error being displayed

Resolved Help Issues

  • TimeSheet periods no longer show the option of Quarterly as this option is not available
  • Help no longer states that Project Codes are Unique as this is not the case

Resolved Import Engine Issues

  • Importing a User.csv no longer displays an error if there is no default TimeSheet permission available

Resolved Offline TimeSheet Issues

  • Time Zones no longer affect the ability to Save an Offline TimeSheet locally

Resolved Project Issues

  • You can now successfully change the Billing Option for Projects

Resolved QuickBooks (IIF) Issues

  • The QB (IIF) report now lists/exports the Job Name correctly
  • Data is now marked as Exported correctly, as in certain scenarios some data would still be returned

Resolved Report Issues

  • Saving the Project Summary report as a public report now displays the same information as the original
  • Generating a report that used to generate a Query to Complex error in previous versions no longer kills the Web TimeSheet service
  • The Detailed User report no longer shows the Offline TimeSheet field if the module has not been enabled
  • The TimeSheet Detail report no longer omits duplicate timesheet rows when using TimeSheet In-Out
  • Including Zero Hour Tasks on the Detailed Task report the Grand Totals are now calculated correctly
  • The Detailed Task report now displays User Defined Field information correctly

Resolved TimeSheet Issues

  • The Stop Watch feature now works correctly when there are multiple logins between entering data
  • When using SSL to host Web TimeSheet a message window asking if you want to "Display both Secure & Non Secure Items" is no longer displayed when generating the TimeSheet
  • Comments can now be saved correctly when accessing Web TimeSheet from a Mac OSX
  • The TimeSheet screen no longer duplicates line items in certain scenarios

Resolved Project Link Issues

  • The Map Fields section now allows User Defined Fields to be mapped in the Oracle version of Web TimeSheet
