Web TimeSheet 4.5 SR1 Release Notes

Administration:

German Characters:
German characters are now displayed correctly in The Edit User screen and in User Defined Fields.

New User Addition:
A new user can now view all of the projects in the pre-populated Time & Attendance database.

List Timesheets:
The List Timesheet screen now sorts by Department properly.

Approvals:

Comments Column:
The Comments column has now been added to the settings button in the Approval Summary screen.

Department Filter:
You can now select Departments with an & in the name within the department filter of the approval screen.

Help:

Editing Users:
You no longer receive a 404 Page not found error when trying to view the help for editing users.

Reports:

Time Off Report:
Disabled time off codes in the filter now have (disabled) beside the name.

Timesheet Detail:
Billable and Non-Billable hours are no longer reversed in this report.

Access Level:
Project Leaders now only see Projects they are a project leader of when the Project Leader Access Level is assigned to reports.

Project Status:
Zero task hours are now displayed properly in the Project Status reports.

Productivity:
Department Screen names with & are no longer truncated for the Productivity by Department reports.

Actual Hours:
The Actual Hours field in Detailed (Task) and Detailed (Task-User) reports are now displayed correctly.

Timesheet Billing:
Hours are now displayed correctly on the Project Status Detailed (Task-User) report, as in some scenarios in the past totals were multiplied by 43.

SQL Server Error:
Users will no longer see the Exception_Access_Violation error when running reports with a large number of projects.

Client Representative:
Client reps are now able to view information for all projects that they are a client rep for.

Project Filters:
Project Filters in reports now sorts Project names alphanumerically.

User Detail Report:
The User Detail Report now properly displays the number of users for the grand Total.

Timesheet:

Timesheet in/out:
Issue of overlapping time - resolved.

Project dropdown:
In task selector now shows project code.

Task Selector:
For larger databases, the CGI timeout error when using SQL 7.0 has been resolved.

Full path name:
For client now showing after timesheet has been saved.

Promax:

Promax project summary:
Now shows dollars on the project cost object, as opposed to target hours.

Promax
Refresh status is now accurate.

After migrating a database, the refresh of the Promax objects is no longer triggered automatically.
