Date Formats
Date formats in Expense Approval History are now consistent.
QuickBooks
Importing into QuickBooks
QuickBooks can now import a company name with a comma included it.
MS Project 2000
Exporting to MS Project 2000
When exporting hours you now have the ability to select whether you want the hours
exported to Work or to Actual Work fields.
TimeSheet
Saving TimeSheet In/Out
You can now save a timesheet in the TimeSheet In/Out section using Netscape 4.75
as the browser.
Add/Remove Tasks
When clicking on the Add/Remove task window and click on the Client filter you now
only see the clients of the projects that you are assigned to and not all the clients
in the system.
Reports
Expense Codes
You can now report on Expense Codes in all of the expense related reports.
Permissions
If you are a client representative, you can now view all Project information providing
that you have the View All permission under projects.
Project Status
The cost amount is now calculated correctly for Non-Billable hours.
Migration
WTS 3.1 reports no longer cause critical errors when migrating to WTS 4.1.
Approval Status
Not Submitted is now the standard term used, as both Not Submitted and Open were
previously used interchangeably.
E-mail Notifications
E-mail Compliance
Web TimeSheet's e-mail notifications are now 822bis compliant.
Notification Logic
E-mail notifications are sent out at the specified time and on the specified due
date.
Expenses
Mileage Rounding
Mileage rates are no longer rounded when entering a rate to 3 digits.
Approval Details
Approval details are no longer displayed on expense sheets that have not been submitted
for approval in the Oracle version.
Amounts less than Zero
Submitted expense amounts less than zero are kept intact and are no longer rounded
to zero.
