How do I edit a timesheet that has already been approved?
An administrative user must reopen the timesheet for the user. This can be done as follows:
- Logon as an Administrator to Web TimeSheet
- Click 'Admin (Button) \ Historical TimeSheets (LEFT)'
- Select the user and timesheet period that needs to be opened (Use filters)
- Click on the 'Re-open' button.
Once the timesheet has been reopened the user can edit it, and then resubmit for approval. The Administrator can also edit an "Open" timesheet from this screen as well.

Web TimeOff 1.6 product release notes offer new features such as expanded import capabilities, ability to export data to a file, support for integrated windows authentication, and reporting of cost data for time off balances. For more details, please view the following release notes.
Web Resource
Latest Version: 2.5.0.1
Web Resource 2.5 Service Release 1 addresses a few existing issues. The first is the support for all English-based languages (Canada, United States) in date formats. The second is easy integration of data to and from Web TimeSheet. Lastly, the Resource Availability report provides information regarding time off.
