Customers Upgrading to Web TimeOff 1.5

Before attempting an upgrade it is very important to make sure your maintenance program must be current!
If your maintenance agreement has expired performing an upgrade may leave your application in an unusable state!

To ensure a successful and safe upgrade, perform the following steps in order:

  1. Check that your Maintenance Program is current.
  2. Login to Web TimeOff as an administrator
  3. Click the Administration menu item.
  4. Click on Licensing in the menu.
  5. Look at the row called Maintenance Agreement Expiry for Web TimeOff.
  6. Ensure that the maintenance period has not expired.

  7. Download the latest build of Web TimeOff using the following URL:
    http://download1.replicon.com/products/wto/release/1.5/wto15.exe

  8. We recommend implementing the upgrade in a test environment first.
  9. Close Web TimeOff.
  10. Launch the exe file that you just downloaded.
  11. Choose "Maintain or Update the instance of this application" as the type of Setup.
  12. Follow the onscreen instructions.
